Welcome to Visual Currency Converter. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Visual Currency Converter, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Visual Currency Converter provides currency conversion tools, including real-time augmented reality (AR) price scanning via your device’s camera.
- Data Accuracy: While we refresh exchange rates every 30 minutes, all data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exchange rate.
- Not Financial Advice: The App is not intended for trading or investment purposes. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions or international transactions.
3. Subscriptions (Pro Features)
The App offers “Pro Weekly” and “Pro Yearly” subscription plans.
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policy.
4. Use of Camera and AR
The App requires camera access to perform its primary function of visual conversion. You agree to use the camera feature responsibly and only in environments where it is safe to do so. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of the App while in motion or in hazardous conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, and branding) are the exclusive property of Visual Currency Converter and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to extract exchange rate data from the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Currency Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial losses resulting from your reliance on the App’s currency data.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Governing Law
