How much does Mileafy for Business cost?
It's free during the beta, no card required. After the beta: $6 per member a month for every role, all features included. We email the owner before the beta ends.
Who counts as a member?
Everyone on your company account: the owner, admins, approvers, finance and drivers. Removed members stop counting from the next month.
What happens when the beta ends?
We email the owner before the beta ends; then it's $6 per member a month and you add a card. If you don't, the company becomes read-only: drivers keep tracking in their own app, existing reports stay downloadable, and nothing is deleted.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Mileafy keeps the substantiation records an accountable plan needs (date, miles, destination, purpose) and flags reimbursements above the IRS rate. Check your policy with your accountant.
